I am extremely pleased with the 1/2" Micro Blinds. They matched, exactly, the color samples I had ordered and that mattered a lot to me. They do substantially filter out more light than the 1" inch blinds and that was a big plus to me as well. My ONLY complaint is I wish ALL your colors were available in the 1/2 Micro. My sample orders were processed quickly and the women I spoke with when placing these orders were very kind and efficient. Your guide for "how to measure" makes it very easy to get exactly the right size. Thanks to you all for a job well done.

We are happy with the clean lines of the micro blinds. They are a bit on the fragile side and require careful handling when installing. You may want to consider using a different delivery company as the blinds arrived with the entire end of the container torn off. Fortunately the blinds were not damaged. Perhaps they are not as fragile as I think they are!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
